One of the great gifts I gained from the last 3 years of the pandemic was the chance to develop my own personal at-home yoga practice. Before 2020, I was a firm yoga studio attendee and I didn’t even own my mat at home (don’t judge me). The lockdown swiftly changed that. What I loved was the seamless combination of spending time with Jesus whilst also getting my daily quota of exercise and yet somehow ending the 30mins feeling so relaxed and feeling nourished from the inside out.
